Introduction
Considering the significant number of graduate students and their ability to conduct research in the form of dissertations and in order to use these capabilities to conduct the required research projects and adopt the same procedure in this regard, the guidelines for supporting dissertations of students A supplement has been prepared in the Secretariat of the Coordination Council of Free Trade-Industrial and Special Economic Zones.

Execution responsibility
The responsibility for implementing the provisions of this instruction rests with the organizations of free trade-industrial and special economic zones. In order to provide the relevant budget, a maximum of 5% of the research budget of the relevant organizations should be allocated for this purpose.

Graduate student: A person who is studying in one of the universities or institutes or complexes of higher education in the country in one of the master's or doctoral degrees.
 Supervisor: Refers to a member of the faculty of higher education centers who is responsible for guiding, supervising and supervising the dissertation based on his / her field of specialization.
Dissertation (dissertation): The dissertation refers to the last part of graduate courses during which the student is required to do research in a field related to his field of study under the supervision of a supervisor.
How to propose a dissertation
Support for graduate students' dissertations is subject to the approval of the dissertation proposal in the Research Council of the Secretariat of the Coordination Council of Free Trade-Industrial and Special Economic Zones.
 The projects in question should be among the research priorities of the Secretariat of the Coordination Council of Free Trade-Industrial and Special Economic Zones or related and should be non-repetitive.
Thesis support ceiling
 The amount of support for master's theses is 20 million rials and for doctoral dissertations is 40 million rials. The total amount of the subject of the contract can be paid after the dissertation and the presentation of the approved version by the relevant authorities.
Contract
If the dissertation is approved by the research council, the contract will be concluded with the applicant.
Ownership of scientific results from the dissertation
Three copies of the dissertation will be provided to the Secretariat of the Coordination Council of Free Trade-Industrial and Special Economic Zones after the defense.
All intellectual property rights belonging to the Research Council, which will be obtained as a result of the implementation of the above-mentioned dissertations, will be used in accordance with the opinion of the Secretariat of the Coordination Council.
