Virtual course on “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" is going to be held in Aras.
This training course will be held virtually on July 12th for managers of quality control and production, technical managers of food-beverage, health and health-oriented production units of free zones and those interested in this field, and at the end of the course a valid certificate will be issued to the participants, Aras Free Zone Public Relations & Intl Affairs reported.
"HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points" course will be held by Dr. Farideh Mahmoudzadeh, Aras Food and Drug Management Expert. It includes topics related to HACCP and its implementation steps and team set-up, harmful animal control approaches, waste disposal, and how to identify hazards, familiarity with microbial, chemical and physical hazards, identification of critical control points or CCPs, determination of critical limits.
