According to Public Relations and Intl. Affairs Directorate quoting from the economy ministry website; based on this revision trading essential goods between the two countries is possible.
Trading goods mentioned in section 1 to 19 of the commodities appendix will be done with the permission of the Armenian government revenues committee and with the written agreement of the ministry of health of the country. The other goods will be traded with the permission of the Armenian government revenues committee based on the release capacity at the Meghri border terminal and the quantity and characteristics of the goods.
According to the provision, goods transportation will be carried out in a fashion that the reloadable merchandise either at the point zero border of Meghri or at the customs inspection area (Agarak Terminal Ltd.) will be loaded again.
